Bdbajiee provides online betting, lottery, and related entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. Our goal is to create a safe, transparent, and enjoyable environment where every user is aware of their rights and responsibilities.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use bdbajiee's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be eligible to participate in online betting under the laws of Bangladesh.
• You must have a valid mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Your participation on this platform must be voluntary and informed.
• If you already have an existing bdbajiee account in your name, opening a new one is not permitted.

If bdbajiee has reason to doubt a user's age or eligibility, it reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account and request verification. If verification is not completed, the account may be permanently closed.

Account Registration & Management

The following rules must be followed when opening and managing an account on bdbajiee:

1. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Opening an account with incorrect details may cause verification to fail later.
2. Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, the balances of all accounts may be forfeited.
3. Keep your password and login credentials completely confidential. Do not share them with anyone.
4. Keeping your account secure is your responsibility. If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, please notify us immediately.
5. Selling, transferring, or renting out an account is strictly prohibited.
6. If a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification request is made, you must respond within the specified timeframe.

If bdbajiee detects unusual activity on a user's account, it reserves the right to suspend the account without prior notice. The account will be reactivated once a thorough review has been completed.

Betting Rules

The following rules are strictly enforced for all betting activity on bdbajiee:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only considered final once a confirmation message has been received from the system.
• Minimum/Maximum bet: Each event has set minimum and maximum bet limits, which may vary depending on the event.
• Odds Changes: Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. If the odds change after confirmation, the payout will be based on the original odds.
• Match cancellation: If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Live Betting: bdbajiee is not liable for bets voided due to connectivity issues during live betting.
• Erroneous Odds: bdbajiee reserves the right to void any bets placed on odds resulting from an obvious technical error.

If a user displays unusual betting patterns — such as arbitrage betting or activities related to match fixing — bdbajiee reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bdbajiee are handled securely and transparently. The following terms apply:

• Only bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are accepted for deposits.
• The payment account must be registered in the user's own name.
• Minimum deposit: ৳100. The maximum daily deposit limit is determined by the user's account level.
• A minimum balance of ৳500 is required for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. However, if verification is required, processing may take longer.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• If a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, bdbajiee reserves the right to place the withdrawal on hold and conduct an investigation.
• In accordance with our anti-money laundering policy, any transaction deemed suspicious may be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bdbajiee offers a range of bonuses and promotions. The following terms apply to all such offers and must be followed:

• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw any bonus, you must first meet the wagering requirement specified for that bonus (typically 10x–30x).
• Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any bonus not used before it expires will be forfeited.
• Qualifying bets: Not all bet types may count toward bonus wagering requirements. Only bets placed at specified minimum odds (typically 1.5 or above) will qualify.
• Each bonus, once: Each bonus offer may only be used once per user.
• Abuse Prohibited: Abuse of the bonus system — including bonus arbitrage and claiming bonuses through multiple accounts — is strictly prohibited.

Responsible Gaming

Bdbajiee firmly believes that betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of addiction. We encourage all users to play responsibly.

• Never bet more than you can afford to lose.
• Bdbajiee allows you to set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Use the self-exclusion feature if you need it — you can suspend your account for a set period of time.
• If you notice signs of gaming addiction, contact our support team immediately.

Privacy & Data Protection

Prohibited Activities

• Opening an account using someone else's details
• Use of betting bots or automated software
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information
• Arbitrage betting or bonus arbitrage
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources
• Harassing or defrauding other users

Account Suspension & Closure

Bdbajiee may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions will result in
• Registering with incorrect or false information
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• At the user's own request

Any valid balance will be returned upon account closure, but any bonus balance will be forfeited. To recover your account, contact us at support@bdbajiee.im.

Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please follow the steps below:

1. Step 1: Report the issue in writing to support@bdbajiee.im within 7 days of it occurring.
2. Step 2: Our support team will respond within 48–72 hours and endeavour to provide a resolution.
3. Step Three: If you are not satisfied with the support team's resolution, you may escalate the matter to higher management.

Changes to Terms

Bdbajiee reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• Update notifications will be posted on the page.
• For significant changes, you will be notified by email or SMS.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
